Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Hacklift Technologies website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Hacklift Technologies provides custom software development, cloud engineering, platform engineering, data engineering, fintech solutions, and technical consulting services. Specific terms for each engagement will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work or Service Agreement.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliverables created as part of a paid engagement become the property of the client upon full payment. Hacklift Technologies retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio with client permission.

Limitation of Liability

Hacklift Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
